Cancelation Policy

 

Notice Requirement:

To receive a refund, we require at least 14 days’ notice of cancellation.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 14 days before: Full refund

  • Less than 7 days before: No refund will be issued, as materials have already been prepared and the spot maybe difficult to fill. But if there is a waitlist and the spot can be filled a credit towards another workshop will be issued

• Transfer Option: You may transfer your spot to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us of the change.

• Instructor Cancellation: If the workshop is cancelled by the instructor (e.g., due to low enrollment or illness), you will receive a 100% refund or a credit for a future date.
