This is an intermediate workshop for those who have taken at least one other figure workshop. You will learn to make the armature using wire and tinfoil as previously but working to make more finer detail on the body, including hands. Instead of fabric to cover the body you will be using hockey tape and painting on the Paverpol. You will have opportunity to make a flowing dress and work with flowing hair. If time permits you will dry brush paint (or take hope paint to finish at home). For those who may wish you will have the option (cost of $25 more) to return for 4 hours the next day to complete finer detail.

Private Workshops and Retreats

Bring a small group together for a fun and engaging creative experience. I can host 4–6 participants in my home, with the option to add lunch for an additional fee or you may bring your own. For larger groups, I’m happy to travel to your location.
Workshops can also include mindfulness and self-compassion practices to create a more meaningful and enriching experience. This may range from a brief mindfulness exercise at the beginning of the session to more in-depth practical guidance. As a Mindfulness Self Compassion teacher I have done weekend retreats in the past incorporating both art and the practice of Mindfulness and Self Compassion.

I can bring workshops to the lower mainland, Fraser Valley and the Shuswap/ Okanagan.
